Well boot camp is over and I got out the measuring tape to see how I'd done. Woo hoo!!! I lost 6.2 pounds. I have been counting calories and trying to eat healthy all month so that's not JUST bootcamp, but nice just the same. I lost 1 inch on my chest, 2 inches on my hips and 3 inches on my waist! It's the 3 inches I can't believe. Woo hoo! More crunches here I come!
