I hopped on the scale at the gym last night, and almost fainted. Apparently I was down 16 pounds in a week!!! How in the heck......? No, lol. Half the scale was on the carpet, causing it to give me a bad reading, once I moved the scale, I was holding steady at my healthy weight. haha! That could be dangerous information though for those truly trying to lose weight!
