Sounds like not very much in a pretty long period of time, but my weight loss thus far has been slow going. This week I decided to kick up the calories I want to burn each week to 1300. I'm also going to focus more on what I put into my mouth by tracking everything and thinking before I eat.
I am starting this goal at weighing 141...my goal weight is 136 by my birthday, April 18.
Biggest worry right now: Spring break
It starts this Friday and I'm going to be by friends for the weekend then at home...I'm worried about not eating right and not getting enough exercise..especially to burn the 1300 calories a week I want to do. I just need to pay attention to food and fight the urge to just sit over break. I can do this by continuing to track my food and to move every day, even if it's just to walk my dog or forcing myself to run outside for the couch to 5k program
Anyways, any advice/support are much encouraged :)
