Ok it has been a month since the last blog. Well I was sick and had other issues. But Now I'm Back. I started running. I was down 4 more pounds last week. I feel that on Saturday I will pass the 200 pound mark. then I get a Juicy Lucy for my reward.

I am running 2.66 miles 4 times a week. I am still doing the strength training. However my left knee doesn't like the squats. I will have to figure out the problem with that. Anyways I am feeling goood.

Manic Monday!

Well the weigh in this weekend wasn't great. It wasn't bad. only down 1.8 pounds. It wasn't good either. The areas where it was lacking: I was at a seminar last Monda and Tues. I overindulged at the dessert buffet. I love cheesecake! So I added a few extra calories on Tuesday.

I aslo started doing the strength training on Spark people fitness. I have lost some inches around the middle. I think I am losing fat and gaining muscle. So that could be where some of the weight loss didn't occur. Ok I am rationalizing.

The weekend with Tammy was A M A Z I NG! Thanks Baby. Pumpkin Spice Liqueor was delicious. The walk on Saturday was invirgorating. Seeing my daughter dance on her birthday made me proud. She did a great job. Eating at Patrick McGoverns was "da bomb". Mushrom and swiss burger with french fries. and beers. Ok So I was little over on calories. But I am doing great today! I did my strength training and my cardio and I was right on target with my calories.

We ate a Spark recipe. Enchilada Rancheros. Yummy. Did some Sparking. Worked out together!

Happy Ground Hog Day

Well Phil saw is shadow today so 6 more weeks of winter. I have two observations about that.

1, there are so many TV cameras and lights there how can he NOT see his shadow.

2. Base on the winter we have had here in MN so far I am not going to be complaining, It has been so MILD. I love it.

Still going strong and eating right. Another 2 and half miles today walking. I have changed my strength training schedule to 6 days a week. alternating a different area every 3 days.

Hey you guys keep up the good work and we can do this together.

Great Weekend

I had a wonderful weekend with my baby! We enjoyed the weekend. We went over our calories on Sat at Boston's pizza bar. However for the last two weeks we both lost weight. It brings our totals to 17 pounds for the last 8 weeks! Woo Hoo! Thanks baby for getting me into Sparking. You are the best girlfriend ever!
