3 WEEKS

SOOOOO... I'M GOING TO THE BEACH IN THREE WEEKS AND I REALLY WANT TO LOOK GOOD IN MY BATHING SUIT.
I FEEL DISAPPOINTED THAT THE LAST COUPLE OF MONTHS I HAVE BEEN OFF TRACK... CUZ IF I HAD BEHAVED WELL I WOULD CERTAINLY BE SEVERAL POUNDS LIGHTER AND A HECK OF A LOT HAPPIER ABOUT MYSELF.
I NEED TO STOP WITH THIS ALL OR NOTHING AT ALL ATTITUDE.
I KNOW THERE ARE NO QUICK FIXES BUT ON A POSITIVE NOTE I DO HAVE THREE WEEKS AND IT'S UP TO ME TO DO SOMETHING WITH THEM.
EVEN IF IT'S A COUPLE OF POUNDS, THAT WOULD MAKE ME FEEL REALLY GOOD. emoticon HERE'S TO MINI GOALS!!!

I constantly need to remind myself to drink water, but tracking does help. And exercise... a habit difficult to cultivate yet so easy to break. Gonna take the kiddos to soccer practice and get on my stationary bike to the rythm of "Ive got a feelin'. Woo hoo..." emoticon emoticon

I WEIGHED MYSELF TODAY AND HAVE GAINED A POUND BUT THAT'S OK, I WILL NOT BE DISCOURAGED!!! emoticon
