Well, I haven't been here in a long time. No time with kids out of school. I also have not lost although I am going to the gym 6 days a week. Probably because I am eating everything in sight. I just can't stop myself. It is like I am trying to find something I want to eat and I can't. Driving me nuts. Hoping for better luck soon. Need to lose 40 by October...don't look like it's gonna happen.

Back in the gym

I have been back in the gym and I feel so great. I love the way working out makes me feel. I hope I start losing big again. So far nothing but, I know it will happen. Things have been hectic and stressful also...so I know I may be holding onto weight from that.

Not again

So, I went to the Dr. She has me worried that it may very well be another cyst. So, I had blood drawn and will have an ultrasound tomorrow or the next day. From her pushing I am in more pain tonight.

Didn't make the gym. Will be going with my friend tomorrow. Can't wait. Need to work my butt off for a few weeks.

Busy

So yesterday was the first day I didn't blog here since I started. I didn't track here either. Just too busy with the kids. I think I am busier with them home than when they were in school. Not good.

    I always try to get on Spark in the morning so I don't forget and I plan out my day that way! Good Luck!

    Maybe you can have a routine in place where you make some time to do your Sparking.

I find that when I don't Spark first thing in the morning, I end up going way off track.

No more excuses

So May was a sucky month. I didn't lose crap. Today is June 1 and I AM going to lose at least 8lbs. I am going to get back in the gym Monday. I will not be this lazy anymore.
