I went for a 50 minute walk on Tuesday; worked up some sweat, and according to my pedometer, took 5,700+ steps. But I dropped by my neighbor's house and she gave me some apple crumble with custard. I couldn't say no, it was so yummy!
I took a break yesterday because of my dialysis treatment. Then today, I was supposed to do a workout DVD but I got sidetracked, and then my Dad came home and I had to fix dinner bcoz my Mom is sick and giddy. So, naturally, I had to fix dinner. by the time I did, it was close to 7pm.
I got distracted again bcoz I was downloading stuff into my micro-SD card for my Samsung Tab. But I just couldn't go for my shower with peace of mind without doing SOME form of exercise; so I rolled out my Pilates mat and did some Pilates. I did some ab, arm and butt exercises, I warmed up and cooled down and stretched. Before I knew it, I had exercised for 20 minutes! I may not be sweating buckets but I feel satisfied knowing that I had SOME exercise!
I will have to discipline myself more and do some serious cardio this weekend. We'll see!
