I only had a small bowl of fried rice and a cup of hazelnut coffee as soon as I woke up at noon (hey! it's Saturday!). So, understandably, I was super hungry by the time 4pm rolled around. I was watching a movie around 2pm and surfing the net before and after my movie.
I decided to fry some fish and chicken nuggets, I felt a need for some. The old me would have gobbled up as many as I could. But I decided on a reasonable portion : 3 of each, that would equal 6 nuggets, which is a reasonable portion. So, I fried them up and now I'm satiated. Who says you have to stuff your face to be satisfied?
Ever since I started watching my portions, I've been satisfied with eating less. And with regular exercise, I've actually been gaining weight, but it's all muscle as many people have been commenting that I look slimmer! So, don't go by the number of the scale alone!
