I've been following Cassey Ho's workouts for a few months now
( www.blogilates.com ). I know that she recommends exercising like an hour a day; which means combining a few of her workouts to make up an hour of exercise (her video segments are anywhere between 5 to 25 minutes each). But I don't think I can manage an hour, like today, I did like 35 minutes, for today, that was all I could take. I don't think it's a good idea to push myself too hard and then do the reps with bad form or even fall and injure myself. Some days I do 20 minutes, some days 40 minutes, some days 30, it depends on how I feel. If I'm so sore, I might just do 20 minutes or even skip it for that day.
Her workouts are intense, trust me! Maybe someday, I'll be able to do an hour, but for now, I'll have to listen to my body.
I haven't been walking outdoors recently because of the haze. It's terrible! The forest fires in Sumatra, Indonesia are causing it! Maybe I'll do a dance DVD this Saturday.
