I managed to do only the warmup part of the dance DVD today but felt the heat so much, I had to stop. If I had exercised with the air-conditioner on, I might get sick because to the temp change. Also, my hips are still aching, so I think I'll rest one more day. Sigh!
I've been having the midnight munchies a few times this week, so I was hoping to dance away the extra calories today. Oh well, I hope my hips will recover by Thursday.
But it wasn't a total loss though. My hips may be aching but I worked my butt, quads and my upper body for like 20 minutes altogether!
