I did some, ok, a LOT of tricep exercises yesterday. I also worked my legs and abs. It was one of those tough workouts from Cassey Ho. www.blogilates.com
I've been doing her workouts regularly, every Tuesday and Thursday and sometimes another workout during the weekend, if I'm not too sore. Well, after all those tricep exercises, I tried to do some plank exercises, but my arms were shaking so bad, I decided to forgo those exercises because I didn't want to hurt or injure myself.
My triceps are still aching today. I think I'll do a dance DVD tomorrow.......
