Well, it's Tuesday today and it's Home Fellowship Day. Which means Bible Study at a friend's place then supper. Today, I will either skip dinner or eat a smaller portion for dinner so that eating a little something for supper won't put me over my calorie allotment!
I've just done 45 minutes of Pilates today. It feels good to have done some exercise, even in this oven-like weather! Can't bring myself to do my walks these days, it's soooo hot outside! I can only go out around 6.30pm, when the sunshine has cooled down a bit. But not today because I have Bible Study at 8pm. Have to shower soon, and get ready.
Anyway, I had a long break from Pilates, close to a week because those butterfly rollovers left me with a back ache every time I bent down! My Pilates workout last Tuesday also left me with aching thighs and butt! Hopefully, in the future, 1 day's break will be enough. I just don't want to push myself too hard and burn out. Oh well, I really hope I don't go over in calories today!
