I know of girls who have 'perfect' bodies. But is having a perfect body worth NEVER having an ice-cream or chips now and then and having to eat like a rabbit ALL the time?
This is a question I ask myself often. But I know myself : I enjoy food; and I know that I will literally DIE if I can't have a burger, chips, ice-cream, pizza, etc. now and then.
I know I still have some weight to lose but I won't hate my body just because it's not perfect. I will continue to exercise and try to keep within my calorie range. But I have to have my occasional treat. Like today, I had an ice-cream (an almond Magnum), then to get some fibre, I had an orange. That's it, no more nibbling on cookies! After all, I still need to control myself. I may not have a perfect BMI, but at least I'm not obese.
I mean having occasional treats is fine but you can't go overboard and binge or nibble all the time. I think I'd rather have a not so perfect BMI than to go through life hungry all the time or wistfully just looking at things I can't eat.
