Exercise plans have gone out the window! Sigh!

I'm working part-time now. But between my 2 jobs and my dialysis, it leaves me little time and opportunity to exercise. I will see what I can do about it. I will keep you guys posted. I'm hoping to get some AM exercise in tomorrow morning, which means it's bedtime for me now. Goodnite!

    It is very important to NOT overdo it and tire yourself out. How many hours do you put in at each of your jobs? I hope you take good care of yourself. emoticon

I'm still recovering from the flu. First it attacks my nose, now it's my throat. My throat hurt for a week. I'm getting better now but I'm still throwing up phlegm. URGH!

I haven't started exercising yet. I will start again when the phlegm dries up.....

Hey friends!

Remember me going on and on about the miniskirt I wore when I was 18, well, 2 of my smallest miniskirts to be exact. I tried them on today and even though they were a little tight, I managed to zip up!

I still have a way to go though, I have to lose some belly fat so I can fit into them comfortably. But the crux of the matter is, THEY FIT!!!! Yipppeeee!!!!

Who says it's impossible? I'm almost there! I'm almost at my 18 year old size! I believe it can be done! And I'm almost there.........

stupid flu!

Hi, I haven't been really active with the exercise because I've got a nasty flu. Thank God I'm not coughing up phlegm but my nose is stuck and keeps producing mucus. Urrrghh!!! I just feel like sleeping the whole day.

This is such a shame because I was really getting gung ho about the exercise, and then I get blasted with this nasty flu! sigh! I am feeling better tho, after suffering for 3 days. I hope I kick it off tomorrow.....then it's back to the exercise. I'm resting right now tho.....

I love philates!

I have a few philates workout DVDs and I love them all! I have a pretty challenging one by Shape which I thought was too advanced for me, I did it a few hours ago and I could do most of the moves. The only one I didn't do were the pushups because they involve putting my entire weight on my hands and that is not a good idea. It's because my fistula is in one hand. I have to be very carefull with my arms because I need it for my dialysis treatments.

Still not much success waking up early in the morning for AM exercise. At least now, I can hear the alarm at the appointed time but unfortunately, I still lack the willpower to spring out of bed raring to go....sigh! I just don't feel like exercise in the morning, I usually do it in the evenings.....and Sparkpeople keeps saying that AM exercise is the way to go. Well, there's always tomorrow.......

    I've never tried philates much, but I just a got a book about it. I'm excited about learning.

Some people just do better at night. Don't worry about it! emoticon
