I really wanted that 2nd piece of fried chicken, but I contented myself with just a little pinch and I gave the rest to my Dad. To fill myself up, I did take a full portion of rice.
We had KFC for dinner today and we ordered a bargain bucket, which means, 6 pieces of fried chicken and 3 portions of rice. I actually wanted some wedges and whipped potato but I told myself that eating a big piece of fried chicken is already a treat enough. And eating the full portion of rice is just to make sure I don't go hungry.
Well, it wasn't exactly the healthiest meal I could have gotten but at least I had like 1.2 pieces of fried chicken rather than 2 full pieces. I have to do a DVD workout tomorrow!
