That is a saying by Buddha. I'm a Christian, btw, but I was brought up a Buddhist and I must say that Buddha has a good point. At the moment, I'm itching to buy lot's of material things. And iPad and an iPhone, among them. Don't even get me started on the books I'm longing to get my hands on! Then, there's the clothes, shoes and handbags that most women fall for!
Sometimes, I can spend hours planning how to spend my money, I even plan for next week's money! You get the picture! This has made me feel such discontent that sometimes it interferes with my sleep! I guess I should learn to be contented with the stuff I already have! Then, maybe I won't be suffering so much!

and I just refilled the catridges with new ink! It was working fine like 2 hours ago, but I didn't manage to get my printout because I had no black left. So I refilled not only the black but all 4 catridges. And now, my printer just won't behave!
So, I'm turning it off and walking away from it today, I'll try again tomorrow, if it still doesn't work, I'll have to send it for repair!

So, if I want to begin my exercise program again, it'll have to be indoors. Probably an exercise DVD! I wish I had more titles and choices to choose from but in Malaysia, there's not much choice in exercise DVDs. Mostly Denise Austin, for some reason!
But I still have some phlegm in my throat and I've been sneezing quite a lot. So, I haven't completely recovered from my flu yet but I will, soon, hopefully! I'm itching to get started on sweating again!

I still have the remains of a slight flu. My throat is still producing some phlegm but the good news is, I'm not coughing constantly, just occasionally, which is an improvement. My nose is also not blocked all the time like it was a few weeks before where I'm constantly looking for a piece of tissue to blow my nose.
So far, I've gained a kilo, not thrilled, not thrilled AT ALL! So, I can't wait to start my exercise program again! I'm planning to jog/walk, with the emphasis on jogging, intervals, y'know. I want to break out into a good sweat every time and I'll be also doing strength training most days. Previously, I was lazy and just strolled in a relaxing manner most days for cardio but I also did do some strength training most days. But first, I have to recover from this flu otherwise I'll make myself worse. So, I'm just bidding my time here...........

I guess I've put on 1kg so far. I'm just waiting for the doctor to arrive to confirm that I'm now 57kgs and no longer 56.5kgs. I keep having problems like low bp and getting close to a blackout whenever my weight reaches 56.8kgs and below.
Though I sincerely hope that my weight gain is all muscle, I'm not so sure but my clothes still fit, and that's a relief. I think my hips may be a little bigger though, if my the way my shorts fit are anything to go by. But my jeans still fit fine (the new ones).
I can't be complacent though. I do aim to be 50kgs by the end of this year. It looks almost impossible now. I've been 56kgs for sooo long, and then I gain! Oh well, if I don't achieve it by the end of this year, I'll just have to keep trying!
