Weight Watchers Again!

Today I decided to track what I am eating using weight watchers once again! I have done weight watchers many times and it always works and is easy to track the points. I am doing this to be sure I can maintain this recent 24 pound weight loss and also continue losing weight during the fast approaching Holidays! I just have to keep this weight off this time, so I think this will help me to really focus and not slip like I have done so many times once the Holidays are here. It has been hard work to get to this point and I just have to maintain it! I am enjoying making new recipes this week! Sidedishes of Eggplant and last night spaghetti squash! Tonight I am making butternut squash! It is fun trying new recipes and filling up on vegtables! emoticon

    Sounds like you are eating some good healthy veggies. Way to get back to what works for you. emoticon I'm working on that myself. I've allowed to many sugars and carbs back in that I'm slowly weaning off of.

    I've thought about doing Weight Watchers online...just haven't taken that step yet! Good for you for planning for the holidays and how to maintain during that crazy time of year!!

    Tracking is a good thing. I just can't bring myself to do it! I know that WW works, even though I've never been on it.

    WW is great! I find that the SP system works very well for balancing our diets so we don't eat too many carbs and more protein to burn fat. emoticon

    you've done great. Just keep track of what you are eating and you should keep it off. I am dreading the holiday with all the baking and goodies around the house. Even if I hide them they get eaten. Maybe if I hide them in the garage in tins they won't talk so much. Good luck. You can do it.

Thank you for all the nice compliments on my blog yesterday!

Today I watched my portions, I wrote down everything!
It really helps me to write it all down. Drinking my water and just got in my exercise!
One more day closer !
It just takes time and determination!
Time to make dinner, I am making fish , a huge salad , and brown rice!
I am planning a pear for desert!!!!

I just joined the Determined Daisy's.
One of our challenges is to blog, which I don't think I am very good with!
I will try!
I have recently lost 23 pounds and have 5 more to go to my goal.
I am walking each day for 30 to 45 minutes and also doing strength training. I also love pilates and yoga.
I really want to keep off this weight this time. I have lost and gained it back many times. The holidays will be a challenge. I know portion control is key and EXERCISE!!!
My Effort=My Success!
We can do it!

    I have lost weight and gained most of it back, too but there is so much positive support and encouragement from members here it would almost be impossible to gain the weight back if you stay consistent with posting! emoticon emoticon emoticon

Down 2 pounds and feeling Great!
It is wonderful to be in Control again!
I am excited to be eating right and today will be 30 mins of good old fashioned exercise! Leg ups , crunches and arm weights!
Every day is one step closer!

Dec 4th I am Back!

I am back and ready to get healthy and feel better!
I am starting all over again!
I plan on eating 1500 calories a day and getting 30 mins of exercise !
I just have to do it!
Enough is Enough!
I want to feel good!
