With the scale needle that is! WOO HOO! finally down a pound.
I worked hard for it though... 25 minutes of running and 25 minutes in the pool.
I am going on a short vacation this weekend. I'm kind of dreading it. I am finally getting back to a structured routine. I should not let this throw a wrench in the works, but sometimes being in a different environment throws me out of whack.
I packed soy joy bars for the weekend, so I figured if the club gets together and has breakfast, I can have a bar and order a cup of coffee and a bowl of fruit or something.
I need to do some recon on the state park we are staying at. I brought my swimsuit and goggles, but I'm not sure if they have a pool. If all else fails, I packed 2 days worth of running clothes and can hit the roads or trails if they have any (trails, not roads... I figure they have roads).
Couch to 5k planned again today. I want to complete the entire session this time, even if it means a long walk back to the car.
