While I'm waiting for my windows updates to download, I thought I would take a moment to blog today.
Its Monday, I'm a little tired, but not bad. I'm a little sore, but not bad. My tummy is bothering me... enough that I am afraid to go run in the near future, but I still have about 2 hours before I usually go. Hopefully the feelings will subside and I'll be good to go. I guess walking is always an alternative.
I dropped almost 5 pounds this weekend. A LOT of that I'm sure is my time of the month, but my body weight fluctuates so much, that I wouldn't put it past me if I regain it in the next couple days.
I was going to swim tonight, but forgot that I have fire department training this evening. Oh well. As long as I get my run in, I figure manual labor at the fire department is almost as good as swimming. I just don't know how to count it calorie/exercise wise.
My goal at lunch is to run 3 miles. 3 has been eluding me for some time now. Why? I don't know. I used to run 3 miles every day except saturays and sundays when I would do a long ride saturday and run 5 to 6 miles sunday. I miss those days. Pneumonia last summer didn't help me at all as far as stamina and endurance goes.
