Although this isn't the beginning of me losing weight, its still a new beginning for my weight loss journey.
I have struggled with my weight my whole adult life. Two years ago, I was where I wanted to be with my health and fitness. I decided to go back to school last year. I graduated in December and realized, I am far from where I once was.
I have had a lot of changes in my life... School, divorce, a new love, etc. all for the positive. Now that everything ELSE in my life is positive, I want my health and fitness to get in the positive column as well!
I feel like I'm doing the right things as far as food and exercise, however, after looking at my nutrition analysis, it looks as though I'm eating too many carbs in a day. After reflecting on my food choices, I can understand that. I think I need to may some easy substitutions that will benefit me in many ways.
The snow that fell today is not motivating me to workout, but I am determined to hit the bike trainer when I get home!
