I am going to be 30 in less then a month and why is it that it takes a milestone to get us motivated? My weight has been sneaking up for the past 8 years, and I am ready to get a handle on it. I want to feel good about myself in either my sweatpants or my favorite pair of jeans. I dont want to have to suck in my stomach for hours at a time, or buy the next size up. I want to feel healthy and energetic. It's my time and I will follow through this time...I have to!
My plan is to make better food choices, lower my calorie intake and increase my water intake. I will be eating breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks a day. I am going to be targeting 1200 calories.
Also I will be going to the gym 3-4 times a week with cardio and strength training.
I am excited and motivated....bring it on 30, I am ready for you!!
