Today's workout was just a little yoga. I've lost a lot of flexibility since the last time I did it, so that means I need to step it up! Plus, it will help with running.
I made it to week 3 in the 100 push up challenge, but I think I need to stick to week 2 for a while longer. 16 push ups is a lot! But I'm seeing the results, so it shouldn't be hard to stick with it!
