Im down another 3 pounds i think p90x is helping although i did take a few days break because of the nerve pain but i did it yesterday and i lost a pound even though my food choices yesterday werent great, im happy about it so ill keep going and try to make better food choices so far today ive been good, ive got family photos on thursday which im exicted for my darling daughter turned 4 months yesterday shes so gorgeous getting so big shes now 12 pound 13oz so big from the 5 pound 12 she was born, i love her to peices! I got asked today why i am trying to loose weight when we are planning baby # 2 next year but i want to feel and look good even if its just a short time, plus i had alot of health issues with my first pregnancy (wasnt from my weight) pregnancy induced hypertension, preclampsia and my placenta started to die, i want to try avoid those next time if i can so ill be trying to be as healthy as i can pre pregnancy. We are planning a dec 2013 baby if it happens, wont be getting our hopes up because it took 18 months to conceive our daughter, but anyway im going to be doing p90x in the morning and wii fit at night wii fit is more fun for me than a work out but weightloss is a bonus :)

I had to take a break from Jillian Michaels 30 day shred because i got terrible syatic pain where i could barely walk! going to see the dr on wednesday about it. I did get to 12 days but probably gained since because my food choices have also been crappy! now i feel like junk again so back on it!, Will weigh myself tomorrow really dont want to see what they say but sometimes you gotta reclimb those mountians you fell down, my syatica is slightly better but when i put my foot 2cm off the ground i get pins and needles in my foot so need to get it sorted asap. I started doing p90x today man thats hard work! i got bored of Jillian Michaels it just wasnt fun for me anymore after 12 days, p90x cardio seems alot better and im sweaty and exhausted after it so will have to do research to how often your ment to do it per week, anyway i probably will post every 2-3 days about my progress and weigh in every Monday except tomorrow will be a sunday weigh im just to see where im restarting from =]

Im combining these 2 days together because i didnt get a chance to do day 5 yesterday.
I had 2 bad days of eating some chips and chocolate, it wasnt alot but i hate that i have no will power to say no when people dangle them in my face. Day 7 is going to be better going to make it through the day without having any!, I didnt do alot on day 5 it was cold so we stayed at home by the fire, i got my exercise in plus some extras because i felt bad with feeding my face with chocolate, day 6 i had breakfast and went to a friends house who is leaving for Australia in 2 weeks, so spent the day with her which ment i went 6 hours without eating, bad for breastfeeding! but i did take my water bottle with me. not really alot to update on apart from giving in to temptation ive done my exercise everyday never missed one, going to try ALOT harder for day 7 wanting to see the results going to make another big pot of soup today since ive almost finished the one i made the other day it was so good i got 2 more soup mixes so i can make one today and another in 3-4 days time, Im going to do some jucing of apple and celery today (day 7) see how that goes i want to do a juice fast some day but i cant while breastfeeding and it wont be for quiet awhile since im going to breastfeed for 2 years and Emmi is only 3 months but thats my goal to one day to a 10 day juice fast, Ive tried in the past but was heavily addicted to caffinee in coke so i never made it past 3 days, im at day 7 with no coke or soda so i think im doing pretty good. I cant wait for some good weather so i can take Emmi for a long walk to her dads work which is an hours walk away i used to do it sometimes before i was pregnant, I did get in a little bit of walking yesterday by going to my friends so im hoping we have some nice weather soon so i can get out of the house!
Goals: Have will power against bad foods, drink water, make some celery and apple juice

Day 4 didnt go to plan what so ever, I asked my partner to turn on the alarm for 8 30 so i could exercise before going out to take Emmi to mini music movers which i said about yesterday well silly man accidently set the alarm time an hour later and i had a rough night with Emmi who thought it was play time at 4am so i slept through it when the alarm went off, he woke up in a panic when he saw 9 45 on the clock we decided still go so we jumped up and quickly get ready to go even though we would be late, half way up the road we relise its only 9am not 10 am! so headed home fed Emmi had a shower and breakfast and headed back out when we got there i relise oh its school holidays its probably not even on then the lady confirmed it wasnt on, bit of a wasted morning but oh well we ended up paying bills and went to the supermarket for some veges and man are they expensive in the winter! we got a leak, carrots and some celery because i wanted to make some soup! Its got Leak, Carrots, Celery, Pumpkin, Potato and a vegetable soup mix which has a few different grains such as split peas,pearl barley and lentals. I know whats for dinner!. I did my workout and did 10 pushups in a row without stopping this time! woohoo. I need to get more will power Kris brought some pringles and i had about 15 of them :( plus 2 little squares of chocolate so going to try get in some extra exercise before bed, early night tonight do tired. Ive also switched to drinking almond milk instead of normal milk, takes a bit of getting used to but i like it so i have that and musli with fruit and yogurt for breakfast so good! Plan for today is to get our room sorted such a mess of clothes i was sorting out my clothes are so old so im pretty much, once im down to my goal weight im going to chuck them all out and get new ones well not all of them ill keep a few bigger sizes and my maternity clothing for the next baby we have(not that thats anytime to soon)

Day 3 went well, i did have a little cheat though, i went to my coffee group which is my antenatal birthing class we all get together with our babies, i didnt drink coffee i havent since i got pregnant but i did eat a muffin and when i got home i ate a small kid snack size packet of chips but it wasnt a huge cheat so im okay with it and im going to work harder tomorrow to make sure im not going to give in! I went for a little bit of a walk before taking my wee girl to plunket to get weighed, im so proud of her she was born early weighing 5 pound 14oz and had low blood sugar and jaundice shes now 13 weeks old and weighs 11 pound 6oz and a happy healthy smiley girl and shes rolling already which is early :). When i got home i cooked dinner and had a relaxing time with my family then did my 30 day shred exercise and i managed to do 6 pushups without stopping which is double what i could 3 days ago! i only stopped for a max of 5 seconds then did more im so proud of myself, I can already feel myself shrinking even if im not loosing a ton of weight i know im toning and its only day 3 its crazy, Ive been drinking a ton of water still not a drop of any sodas which is a BIG thing for me, i havent got a head ache tonight so im happy. Tomorrow i plan on going for a walk around the fitness track which is just over an hour and had obsticles on the way so i plan to do as many of the obsticles i can handle on my walk as i go. Im going to try wake up at 8 30 and do my fitness program first because i feel it gives me so much more energy for the day if i do it in the morning then going to take Emmi to mini music movers which we havent done yet but looking forward to it hopefully she enjoys it, then we will probably do our walk so have a full on day planned going to make sure i pack a lunch so im not tempted by takeaways while we are out. So happy to be still going strong with this!
Goals: Spend less time on the computer, Get out of bed by 8 30am, drink plenty of water, do as many obsticles as possible on the fitness track, eat plenty of greens
