I started out at 211 lbs. 3 weeks ago and i am at 199 now! it feels so good to step on the scale and be under 200 and not have to feel bad about punching in 200 on the tredmill, especially when I was OVER THAT! yeay! emoticon

bad job

Monday, March 01, 2010

I havnt been to work since Thursday. I feel totally unmotivated to do anything but it has felt kind of nice to do nothing. I am back at home tonight and I will be here for the next couple weeks before we go out of town for the weekend again. It is so hard to eat right when you dont have the option to make your own food so that has been dificult. I weighed in today and I am FInally under 200 emoticon

so after Hoarders is over, I will make my lunch for tomorrow and get to bed.

salads and gym for the rest of the week :)

Weekends are hard for me too. But you don't really need to worry about your off days, I try not to. It's just a bummer to think back...
Good luck in the week ahead!

Happy Weekend!

Saturday, February 27, 2010

yesterday was a busy day. We had a photography gig that was out of town. So staying away from home for the weekend means its harder to eat right. i had a mini splurge day yesterday and somehow managed to stay under 1,600 Cal. We ate at a diner in the morning where we ordered...ham&cheese club w/fries, eggbeaters & ham with wheat toast and of course Raul had to get pancakes. so we shared all of this food and yes, it was amazing and a nice mini break from the 900 cal. a day meal plan I had been sticking to. We went and shot a class reunion, which is totally a work out itself. then the way home, a late night salad with a guilty splurge on onion rings. I didnt feel so bad about it when i saw Raul stuffing his face with white castle and sneaking chocolatey treats off of the desert bar at the reunion all night...lol he isnt the one trying to loose a ton of weight though.

:)

needless to say, i was nervous entering in all the ggod stuff i ate yesterday, but happy when it turned out to be only 1600!

Great job on your mini splurge. Please be careful about how many calories you are getting in a day. SP advice at least 1200 a day. 900 just doesn't seem enough. I don't mean to lecture, just keep it in mind. You are doing great with what you are eating (yes, i looked at your meal tracker ;).

Went to the gym today. I cried but it got better. Only at 900 calorie for today. my polar watch says i burned 1000+ calories. Im feeling much better after getting back to the gym. I have to thank Raul for being so supportive, I wouldn't be able to do it with out him/
