New year, new you.
I lost about 20lbs last year. My doc said to lose 10-15 more, and to take 6 months to do it. The new year seems like a good time to get started, so here I am. I'm starting over at Stage 1: Fastbreak, with new goals, new trackers, and a new commitment. Here's how it goes:
I weigh between 160-165 on my birthday, June 10.
I am beginning my journey to an Accounting degree powerfully and effectively.
My fitness moves to the next level - possibly to that Beginning Runner's Workshop offered by the local sports shoe store.
I am comfortable with my finances, including budgeting travel.
I get a whole new wardrobe in size 10 for my 34th birthday!
