Fitness to keep warm!!!!!!!

When it is cold out you naturally walk faster and sometimes even run to get where you are going!! In your home if you get up and move around you are warmer!! At work get up and move more often!!! Play your Kitty or Doggie!!!
We can keep that winter weight off by just moving more! It does not have to be 30 min off fitness, just keep moving!!! To those of you who are having to shovel snow you are keep plenty of fitness (just please dress warm and do not over do it)!!! To all out there in SparkVille stay warm and keep moving!! Move it, move it move!!!!!!!!!
At 8:20 in my corner of Sparkville it is 12 degrees, little to no wind, and Sunny!!!!From Central Oklahoma stay safe and stay warm!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WE are in the middle of a blizzard. The snow is wet and heavy and the branches on the trees are falling everywhere. we have about 12 inches now and it's not expected to stop any time soon. I guess it's time to dust off the shovel and make an attempt at cleaning the front walk way. Hopefully we won't lose the power. Staying warm mat be a problem today. Report Inappropriate Comment

Today started off very busy!!! But I am sort of caught up!!! I am having some of the bosses chili that he made and brought for us for lunch!!! Very yummy!!! He uses lean meat and lots of beans!!!! It is very good!!! The Sun is out here but a 11:30 it is only 19!!! We did not get snow or ice or even rain!!!! I got part of my walk in this morning! I will finish later! I need to ride the exercise bike tonight!

So glad you missed out on the frozen stuff, though your temps are absolutely brrrr!!! We are up to freezing and thankfully only got about 4 inches of snow, but followed by sleet and freezing rain making the roads very treacherous! Hope you really bundled up for that walk!! I got to work safely-road are clear and no ice on the bridges!! Just west of here in Oklahoma City they have ice!!!!! Got to work and the bosses Wife was here bringing Moxie and she said something in the office was buzzing real loud! Well it was my back up battery for my computer! So I had to unhook all that to use my computer! I bent back my left pinky finger nail OUCH!!!!! Now I need to look at the office supply books to get a new back up battery! Oh Happy Monday!!! Oh well at least there was no ice !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Storage Building Finished!!

First the Basketball game was a great time!!! They won 14-1 !!! Since it was the Grandsons BD he had both Parents there, 1 GrandPa, 2 GrandMas and 1 Great Grandpa to cheer his team!!!
I finished cleaning and rearranging the storage building yesterday!! DH and I moved the bookselves this morning and WooHoo they fit where I wanted them to go!!! DH looked at Mama's desk (her desk from the fifties) when she work as a bookkeeper at the lumber yard!!! The top raises up and the manual typewriter is in there!!! Since he is remodeling his office it will fit in there WooHoo!!!! We went Lowe's and I got a Lucky Bamboo plant (since I killed the last one)!! Then I chased DH through Lowes trying to catch up (fitness)!!!!! I spent the rest of the day doing laundry and year end bookkeeping!!!
It snowed here in central Oklahoma just a very small amount! We are not suppose to get much if any more!!

Storage Building and Ball Game

I worked this morning for about 2 hours rearranging the storage building ! I am making room for craft materials from my Mom and Dad's house!! I am going to move 2 shelf from there unto the storage building for craft things!! We getting ready to go the the youngest Grandson's basketball game! Today is his birthday he is 10!!!
I will come back and work some more in the storage building!!
