I have done a lot of walking today! WooHoo! I heard from the Real Estate Guy and We should close on the lake place Thursday Morning. I will be so glad to be rid of it. I know I did not want to sell it, but once I made up My mind to sell I want it done. DH got the septic tank and lateral lines in today. Big WooHoo!!! Another reason for wanting to go and close I need to go to A to Z in Alma Arkansas. I get My flowers for the cemeteries (Memorial Day) there.

DH went back to the property this morning to dig the hole for the septic tank. He was having trouble so I spent most of the morning trying (without success) to find some to help Him. He called around 2:00 and said He had it almost ready. He was also going to try to till up a place to plant watermelons, cantaloupe and such.
Now if I can just get back to regular work!

Bless his heart! I remember my dad digging up our septic tank when I was a kid. I know this was not quite the same as digging a new hole, but might as well have been as he had to dig out tree roots that were clogging it, so was just as much work! (And he was the one who created the hole for the tank in the first place, too!) He certainly had a ton of work to do! Hope y'all have a relaxing evening! I got up this morning and started in on the rest of the house work. Got that done. Last night I also got all the laundry done. I am ready for company now. My Sister-In-Law from Texas is coming Thursday. I did get My Memorial Day flowers so I have to get those ready to go to the cemetery. I will work on that tomorrow evening. We did get signed Thursday on the Lake place and the money went into Our account yesterday. I am waiting on a call from the Real Estate Guy-He is coming this way for a Graduation and I have some things for the folks that bought the place. Once I meet with Him I will head to the new property. DH is getting ready to plant watermelons, cantaloupe, okra an other stuff. We are planting some sweet corn near the big water tank for Us and the deer!!
