Ok, my day started off okay and then I just started feeling funky. I'm super tired and just want to be in bed. Did I push myself too hard this week?? Did I eat enough food?? When I would track my fitness it had a note that said I was burning more calories and had to change my meal goals(or something like that). Although, I do follow the goals for the day as far as calories, fat, etc. I don't follow the meal plans recommended. I eat lean meats, veggies, fruits, good fats, and low fat dairy in 5 mini-meals. I'm trying to stay away from pastas and breads for now until I drop a little bit of weight. Although I have had some whole wheat penne and whole wheat bread once or twice.
Because I'm feeling like this I decided to skip the usual home cooked lean meat with veggies and picked up a kfc grilled 2 piece with green beans and a biscuit. Yea it's still grilled with veggies but I had a biscuit too!!! That didn't help much and I still feel like I need a really long nap.
Looks like I'm not going out of town after all and I'm going to lounge around the rest of the weekend. Tomorrow is my day off from working out and dieting:-).
