For the few people who might have noticed. I'm not posting every single day, like I have been for the past several months. In fact, I'm not signing on spark every day. Most of those days I did things to get sparkpoints but part of the time I wasn't doing anything serious when it comes to being healthier or losing weight. I haven't exercised in weeks and I am not doing very well with the healthy eating aspect. Things are going to change.
But this loose level of "lifestyle change" isn't working for me. I've also decided, I like using the word diet, in reference to the lifestyle involving dietary elements(nutrition). I'm going to be stricter as to my diet because that's the only way I can make any progress. It's still within the lifestyle change but not allowing myself to have something unhealthy whenever I feel like it.
I'll be signing on spark occasionally, and posting in groups. But not every day. Have to get things worked out on my own.
