Day 10

I missed day 9 because I got called into work just before my workout and didn't get off until almost 10. I went back and tracked my food but I didn't get to do more than a few crunches and jumping jacks yesterday. And work really stressed me out. But today has been a great day. I went to town with my love and we got some errands done, I did bad and had Chicken Nuggets and fries from Burger King. But Still no soda. I'm very proud of myself. Then we came home from all of our errands and I did 30 minutes on the Wii Fit burned 115 calories and then I started the Jump Start January Challange and did the day 1 video.

Day 08

Well i slept so great last night. I was up and out of bed before my alarm went off. I worked this morning my first job which is a housekeeping postion so lots of movement. Then also Job #2 today where I ate my footlong egg ham and cheese. But I did have Chocolate fudge poptarts for breakfast and 3 pieces of toast lightly buttered as my lunch. Been a relaxing day. Tomorrow I have off from both jobs and I'm going to get started with the JumpStart January Challenge. i love the motivators this website offers.

Day 07

Well a whole week. You know the first few days were easier and now it seems to be getting harder to stay with it but I'm determined. My goal is still very much in my mind. As for sleep it was okay didn't wake up to much. Got called off of Job #1 so I slept in a little bit then worked out on Wii Fit for an hour or so. I ate some lightly buttered toast and tostino restaurant style corn chips. Then went to Job #2 where I ate a 6 in Egg, Ham, and Cheese and Baked Lays Original. Came home and a ate a piece of fudge. So i kind of cheated today but I will just keep doing better tomorrow.

Day 06

Well sleep last night was actually pretty good. I only woke up once in the middle of the night and I got up on time this morning for my alarm. I did a 35 minute workout this morning on the Wii Fit. I ate some yogurt for breakfast. Then a Subway Ham, Egg, & Cheese for Dinner. Then when I got home from work I had 4 peice of Red Vines Licorice. Today was a pretty easy going day so no stress and good amount of sleep make for a happy Stephani. :)

Day 05

Well as for my sleep last night it sucked. I woke up and started throwing up in the middle of the night and that seemed to keep me up most of the night. Only about 4 1/2 hours of sleep all together. Because of the sick feeling I didn;t do any working out today. I felt it was just from a medication so I felt safe to go to work. Now my second job is Subway, so i eat a lot of it. For lunch I had a footlong Ham Egg and cheese with Baked Sour Cream and Chedder Ruffles. Then for dinner I had a 6 inch ham and cheese with olives, mayo, and salt and pepper and another bag of the Baked Chedder Ruffles. Tomorrow if I have the morning off I will do some extra working out.
