School's out! No Y tonight since DD had softball practice in the middle of the evening. I started working ft hours today - might not have to all the time but office was quiet and I was accomplishing a lot so I stayed and powered through two big projects. I did a short but intense workout - sort of a circuit training dvd in 10 mins from the now-defunct exercise tv. I just want to keep in the groove. I did a sparkpeople-based strength machines workout at the Y last night - along with cardio - and did it at light weights to get used to it. I feel it a little, so know I should push harder with the weights. But I didn't want to over exert and then feel punished and not want to go do it again. Better to learn and do slowly. Ate a little over range, but fairly healthy overall. Every day I improve and that's what is important!
