I fell off the wagon in June. I was going to take some time off from from tracking and measuring what I ate for a couple of weeks. When I was entering my weight for the end of the 5% spring challenge I noticed I had plenty of time off. I don't need 2 more weeks off before the next challenge. I need to get busy now before I gain more weight back. Last week was a free for all. I ate what ever I wanted. This includes Sunday and Monday. As of today I have gained 4 more lbs. I have decided to make some July goals.
* Track everything I eat
* NO SODA POP
* Have 5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day
* Drink 12 cups of water a day
* Exercise 30 minutes a day 5 days a week
* Stay busy at night stain the fence, clean the carpets, wash all curtains, clean baseboards, Keep yard weed free.
I'm hoping these goals will help keep me on track for July. Thanks to all my spark friends for keeping me motivated.
