Tired and fed-up

I did not lose any weight last week even though I have increased my exercise but I have high hopes for tomorrow.
I did not go for a walk this morning as the weather did not look to good, I have been trying to go for several walks a weeks plus my exercise, I went swimming on Friday and it is my favourite exercise.
Things are not good with Michael and it is coming up to 8 weeks since he went down, I am going to see our GP next month and talk to her about getting him to go to Amber valley mental health team, he was under Mansfield team but we have not found them very good.

    Sometimes the clothes show a difference when the scales do not.

    Hang in there, and see if you can rack up some Non Scale Victories (consistency, exercise, etc)

Another pound gone

Today was my first day at the gym after the Bank Holiday weekend.
40 minutes in the gym
40 minutes swimming
I did not do aqua jog as I had a headache and felt I had done enough, I also lost another pound, I am quite pleased with myself, I have had 3 good walks which have helped.

Back to the gym

Well after last week it was back to the gym and aqua jog to day, I weighed myself on Friday and I had lost another pound.
I went for a walk( I caught the sun a bit) and I did some gardening yesterday so I have managed to keep active this week, I also went on a walk on Tuesday.
I do hope this weather keeps up for the weekend.

    Way to go. I wish I had a pool available. I'm trying to get more active, have started some of my gardening I'd put off because of the weather. Now, if I would just quit drinking so much beer so the bit of exercise I'm getting could help! :-)

Unfortunately I was unable to go to the gym and aqua jog this week as since last Friday I have had a bad asthmatic cough, I did go for a walk this morning but it is not the same, there is still hope that I may get there this week but shall have to wait and see.

    Do you have inhalers to help? I know I had a gym membership and a personal trainer and finally had to cancel but that was before I realized I needed a med routine and that that would make all the difference.

Todays Exercise

45 minutes in the gym
12 lengths in the pool (I do not like deep water so it is approx)
30 minutes aqua jog

I feel good but tired, good new is that I have lost another pound so my weight now stands at 12 stones 7 pounds, still a long way to go but at least it is downward.
