Unfortunately I was unable to go to the gym and aqua jog this week as since last Friday I have had a bad asthmatic cough, I did go for a walk this morning but it is not the same, there is still hope that I may get there this week but shall have to wait and see.

    Do you have inhalers to help? I know I had a gym membership and a personal trainer and finally had to cancel but that was before I realized I needed a med routine and that that would make all the difference.

45 minutes in the gym
12 lengths in the pool (I do not like deep water so it is approx)
30 minutes aqua jog

I feel good but tired, good new is that I have lost another pound so my weight now stands at 12 stones 7 pounds, still a long way to go but at least it is downward.

Everything is back to normal now with our bathroom and boy am I glad as using a portaloo was not something I want to repeat in the near future.

I am still doing the gym and aqua jog plus walking, but I am becoming disappointed on my weight loss, It is on the downward scale but it is so s low (only about a pound a month) which does not seem much for all the exercise. It is becoming harder not to start nibbling.

I had set myself a very low target of one stone before my holiday in August which was only half a pound a week and thought I would do it easy and maybe more.

    Well do not disappointed your self too quick.. :)
It requires some time to lose fat and with help of some good diet program you will achieve the results you want, of course that those experts know much more than us and only going to the gym and all its pretty hard to lose weight because there are actually food that cause burning fat.

2nd time at gym

I went to the gym for the second time this week today and I also went into the pool. I am still losing weight at a steady 1 pound a week.

Next week is when we are having our bathroom floor replaced, not looking forward to using the portaloo especially at night but it will be nice to get back to a clean and tidy bathroom. we will have new flooring fitted and I hope to have new hall carpet.

what horrible weather we are having, it has rained all day to day.
