I did not lose any weight this week and only a pound last week, I do know why as I did quite a bit of nibbling. I am going to renew my efforts this week as I have over 2 stones to go. Some of the trouble lays when I have a different routine as I tend to eat more, tomorrow I will be in Chesterfield for most of the day( Michael's interests is buses and there is a bus running day where you can hop on and off as many buses as you like for free), I enjoy looking around the market as they have some very good plant stalls. It is only 2 and half weeks to my holiday and I am really looking for to it.

The good news is that I am now just on 13 stone which means I have lost well over a stone since Christmas and I am very pleased with myself.
I have had another good day out last Sunday as we took a friend to Crich Tramway Museum but not really done much else this week apart from housework. I brought a dress from the Barnardo's charity shop just hope it fits.

The good news is we have booked a holiday in Barmouth, Wales at the end of June. Not doing so well recently but at least I have not put on any weight, no exercise this week as that was the day we went to book it but on the plus side I had a nice day in Chesterfield (I sent Michael off to Bakewell on the bus) did not buy much but I do like the market there, Thursday is the flea market and I saw some nice things but have to be careful with my spending.
Michael was down for nearly six weeks but last Friday I had a real mad rant at him and on the sunday he managed to pick himself up, on Easter Monday we had a trip to Crich Tramway Museum which was lovely.
It seems ages since I was last on here. No change with Michael but there are other changes in the village, our library hours have gone down to 11 hours per week from 22 hours and our net cafe is closing at the end of the week. Weight wise the news is not good or bad, my total weight loss since Christmas is over a stone. I have not been keeping my diary this last week but I am going to start it again today , I am keeping up with the exercise group and I am really starting to enjoy it now that I am getting to people.
I have made some changes to the way I track my food, My husband was doing it for me but as he is down so much I decided that using a diet planner would be easier, I found one on mommies net that I like and I started using it this morning.
I only lost one pound last week to my disappointment(Michael is down again which does not help), I will not be at my exercise class this week because I am going to the NEC for a stitch show. I am very much committed to losing my extra weight but I know it is going to be a long haul.
