Still not back on track

I am still not back on track but I am doing better. Michael tablets have been changed and think they maybe helping so please keep fingers crossed for me.
I started making my Christmas cards this morning(just seemed like a good idea) but only got one done as we do more chatting than anything else, I need to print of some more Christmas papers before I can do any more, I know of several free site where you can get free ones which helps me keep costs down.
I still feel quite tired but the hot humid weather is not helping not that I am complaining.

    oh, your getting an early start to Xmas. I know that you are doing better, had you not been aware of the Weight Watchers program. May I suggest you sit down and write in a journal or even on a pad of paper, what issues you are dealing with emotionally that keeps you from being "on track". Maybe you can get to the bottom of this roller coaster.

Must get back on track

I really want to get back on track but not sure where to start, last time I saw my GP she said not to worry about my weight as I was (and still am) feeling very low, only trouble is with her saying that I am sure I have been nibbling emoticon and pecking more. I seem to do alright in the day but come evening(especially if Michael is down) I seem to eat loads and this is not good, I have been drinking more water (with cordial) as it has been so hot. I have also been having more trouble with sciatica so I am not walking emoticon so much.

    Whenever I get in a bad rut and need to start getting back on track, I do the following things:
- drink lots of water
- eat breakfast (this is so easy for me to skip but it really helps curb my cravings for the day)
- plan my meals for the day
- use a smaller plate to control portion sizes
- get sleep!

    I am also a very likely suspect in any crimes of late-night eating....I like to save 100 calories a day for 1/2 a serving of pretzels or something before bed. Sorry to hear about your sciatica....best wishes through these hard times!

I've been away

We have recently been away for 5 days to Cornwall(will post photos when he downloads them), I really enjoyed but Michael had to pick lots of faults as normal so I tried not to notice to much, his main gripe was spending money.
The holiday hotel was in Newquay and there was a trip out everyday(was a bit to much), I enjoyed going round the galleries and there was some beautiful paintings, the weather was fantastic.
The last time I saw my GP she said not too worry about my weight to much as I was telling her about Michael and How stressed I felt, she has changed my tablets and they seem to be helping.
The problem is I seem to be eating more since she told me not to worry and this is worrying me even more so I am going to try and get back on track once again, my diet is not bad I just eat too much of the good stuff, I like eating salads but my main downfall is bread so I try not to buy it very often. Hope this all makes sence

Doctors

I went to to the doctors yesterday, it was supposed to be Friday but for some reason it was changed. She is changing my tablets and I also talked about my weight(she knows I am trying to lose weight) but she told me not to worry about it too much so I am just trying to eat sensibly.
I made up the bangle I brought at last weeks craft show with an Indian style pattern papers and looks great.
I am quite please with a coat I got from the charity shop, It was priced at 3 but after a friendly banter it was 2 and it turned out to be new, yesterday I took a bag of clothes in to thank them, I do usually quite a bit in the shop but it is usually books and magazines.

Good weekend

We had a lovely weekend, me, Michael and two friends went to Chatsworth House for a bus rally, me and our friend Des spent Quite a lot of time in Bakewell(free buses running) where we all had a meal and me and Des went to a craft fair, I also brought a lovely new M&S jumper from a charity shop. We also went to visit the church and village of Edensor. The weather was fairly good, it did rain a little in the morning but then stayed off until about 3.30.
I am feeling very tired after so many busy days together and also very low but I am seeing our GP on Friday and she is going to change my tablets. Hopefully after that I can get back on track with losing weight . emoticon emoticon emoticon
