I have been missing in action! (And sometimes, not very much action!)
I needed a break from counting. I've maintained my sanity -- haven't gone out and eaten a whole sleeve of Chips Ahoy or anything like that -- but I was starting to get depressed over everything, including the numbers. The calories in, which always SEEMED to be in-range, and the one between my toes on the scale, which never moved. So I stopped. Now I'm ready to start again. Yesterday I had a perfect calorie-day.
My coworker and I had a great streak where we were doing a Leslie Sansone video every day... And then last week we got really busy and haven't done it in a while. But I'm bringing my shoes to work again, and yesterday I got my butt to the gym. I want to work back up to the C25K. I would like to finish that program. This week, I am letting myself just walk. And today it's going to be lovely out - I'm really looking forward to being outside.
