Had my yearly complete lipid profile done! Also, created a way to make an extra income for myself!

Wednesday, May 28, 2014

I had my yearly complete lipid profile done and everything is good. One thing I started taking is Cinnamon Capsules. I take two in the morning and two at night. As a result of taking these, my blood sugar or Glucose levels have gone way down. My levels have been around 107 and this time my readings went way down to 93. I've been told if you take Cinnamon Capsules, it will lower your glucose levels tremendously. I feel it does just that. Diabetes runs in my dad's side of the family and being I'm 55 years old, I want to watch my levels very closely. I do watch what I eat and try to eat healthy. Plus I started taking these Cinnamon Capsules and it seems to be working for me. That's great news.

Also, I want you to know that I'm working with a drop ship company that does everything for me. I signed up for a basic plan, which is $50, which is only a one time fee. There are no other fees associated with this. Started posting products on ebay and various other websites at retail prices. Then when you sell the products at retail you pay the wholesale price and make a profit. It's really easy. I've utilized the service and it's working well to create an extra income for myself. If you want to take advantage of this yourself and get in on this great opportunity, let me know. I will give you the link and you can get started.

Thanks, eh932011 emoticon emoticon emoticon

Quote my husband wrote the other day!

Monday, May 27, 2013

Here's a quote my husband Kevin wrote the other day:

I would like to know if it's worth looking into copyrighting it? He's very good at writing poems and other things. Everyday he comes up with something. When he does I say to him here you go again, you have rhymeitis. Not sure how to spell it. Close enough. We tried to submit some into Hallmark and they liked some, but it cost a lot to publish and go further with them. Not sure what to do. Any ideas?

Love your hubby's words! "Wow" is much better than "Why?"!!! And too often, we focus on our "whys" and forget to even look for the "WOW"s. God gives us many opportunities to say, "Wow!" ... And it must make Him sad when we don't even notice!

I hope your hubby just keeps putting words of wisdom out there, for many to be blessed! If God wants him to profit, He will open a door.

He should write them all down in a book and look on the internet and there are lots of publishers on there. I love that quote!! Not sure if you can copyright them or not. emoticon

I have always been a frustrated writer, but my family makes fun of my silly poems. There is nothing that upsets me more than finding a greeting card with the perfect picture on the front, but an annoying verse inside. If my computer skills were better I would make my own greeting cards, using old familly photos. Those are my favorite cards. Apparently, there is a company that sells family photo cards designed by "regular consumers". Some are quite funny.

With all of this rain, our weekend has definitely been filled with Kevin's WONDER OF WOW!!!! emoticon

Hey Erin -- Start by following these quotes with your husband's name. There's nothing legal about it, but I love quotes and like to give credit where it is due!

Good luck!

My work moved to a new location as of 5/20/2013!

Saturday, May 25, 2013

As of 5/20/2013, my work moved to a new location! We were originally located in a hospital and now we have our own place. I work in Health Information Management (medical records). I live only 5 mins away and when the weather cooperates, then I thought about riding my bike to work. That will give me chance to burn some calories and get some needed exercise. It's been raining a lot lately, so I'm waiting until it lets up and we get some needed sunshine.

I just returned to Sparks after a few months of falling back into sloppy habits. This time I decided to connect with local Sparkers in the Quad Cities. The team page has not been very active. How happy I was to find Michelle and Judy, and then tonight I stumbled upon you.

Your talents overwhelm me..... a mother, a newlywed, a jewelry designer, a musician, a scentsy representative, and a medical records manager.....WOW!!!!!

ly, we can get the Quad Cities team Sparking. Jump int some conversations on the team page.

Scentsy Consultant and proud of it! This is a Healthy way to go!

Saturday, March 30, 2013

I'm a Scentsy Consultant and using wickless warmers to melt fragrance wax is the better way to go. The burning wax in Candles omits carbon dioxide and other oils used to manufacture it. The cheaper the candle, the worst it is. The different smells can send out harmful chemicles as well. Scentsy Wickless Warmers is a flameless candle (like a tart burner) that only heats up enough to melt the wax. You can stick your finger in the wax and not get burned. Not only is it cleaner but safer if you have children or pets. And you don't have to worry about leaving and forgetting to blow it out! Plus one tiny cube of wax seems to last forever! Check it out @ and shop online.
