The new year has begun and I am really trying to focus. I gained 3 pounds over the holidays and it is time to refocus.
I have made an annual commitment for Jazzercise. I started last week and began with low impact and then 2 sessions of intermediate movement. This week because of my work schedule I could not get more than 2 sessions in. Already, I feel good about what I am doing.
My commitment to the diet has increased because of my the time spent on exercising. I guess I am mentally thinking if you are going to exercise why blow it by not following my health plan.
I know my attitude has improved.
Off to a good start!
