Exercise was great!! Been research half Marathons I think I have 2-3 lined up one is really challenging so i'm really thinking about it... It has an elevation gain of 800 feet ... i know where i'll be training at - Multnomah Falls I know that will be where i'll get my cross train in especially on hills if i can do that i can do anything!!

I meal planned like you can't even imagine i batched cooked alot cleaner foods back to my 75% / 25% I managed to stay lo carb and on target today!! This is it 2013 is it. I am worth it I am done sabbotaging myself being fat to hide my true feelings isn't going to happen anymore i will make my first mini goal of 269 no longer fear the number i am strong i am brave i can do it!!

Amazing to see the toning, my fitness, my mental attitude as well I am really proud as i was doing this!! While I wish the scale would move i know in 2006 i could not have walked a half. Look how far i have come in six years! I am beautiful and proud the scale does not define me!!!

    Great to have that visual record. It's also a good idea to take the time to reflect on how far you've come, it's so easy to live in the everyday and feel like you're never going reach your goal - but looking back sure allows you to see how far you've come, and really celebrate moving forward!

Very busy at work!! Feel like a sinue infection is approaching. I lost 4.4 pounds as of this am.. haven't really change much but not stressing or obsessing over things and have added exercise back slowly.. just trying to not obsess just do things as if they are my new norm, that mentality seems to work better for me.

The last few days have been crazy busy but getting into more of a routine. I got to speak with my buddy who i did the half marathon with and he really reminded me on how him and i had lost weight without it being such an ordeal as i make at times. It was just eating what i wanted but less which kept me from feeling deprieved which lately i haven't. Trying to take the emphasis off food and just being healthy. Went t therapy on Monday and she was happy on the changes i have been making and the postive attitude especailly in the wake of so much violence happening she was worried I would set me back. I told her i haven't watch much tv and kept m facebooking to a minimum so not to be exposed as much. While it breaks my heart to know it i think i have to come first in order to keep healing on my end. I have seen enough violence in my lifetime.

Well i blogged today as well because i will be working late, working out and then heading home to bed. This time of year is always crazy busy!!!! Still in the Christmas Cheer & not stressing as things seem to be coming together for the most part. :)

    Looks like you've got yourself a great plan - and you're right, we do need to keep going, despite what's happening in the world. Because if we don't move past these events, then the bad guy wins. I understand your pain and I've avoided my computer and the news myself. Here's to hoping that happier times for all will be on the horizon!

    You are doing wonderfully! Keep remembering that you have to take care of yourself before you can take care of anyone else, your batteries need to be fully charged so that you have something to give to others. I know that's a hard one but it's very true, especially this time of year.
