Day 14

Another day down yesterday it was touch and go because i wanted to eat. I had a situation happen which really irriated me and instead of food i picked up a book and read for half an hour!! I journaled my feelings and then asked myself if i was really hungry or just feeding the anger. I knew I wasn't hungry I had a glass of milk and went to bed. Extremely congetstion early morning then drip faucet of nose this am. ARGH! Well hoping Day 15 goes well!

    what book are you reading? i love to read. sometimes in the morning i will sneeze once and then the drip faucet nose comes, so i usually just take a generic claritin and it goes away within an hour, thank goodness! really great job on staying on track! i am on day 4 of not binging! yay us!!

Day 13 BED Free

Feeling really sick with my allergies went to the docs have a sinus infection, also lost my voice.. just been doing soups and sandwich... lots of water and tea. What a day!!! then had two fillings done on my wisdom teeth it sucks because it hurts... well more achy. argh!!! WAH!!! emoticon

Days 11 &12

Day 11

Was a little harder as TOM was approaching i was craving salty and sugary things as i always do i ended up going over in my calories but i didn't binge. I found spicey nut trail but i gave into my soda craving and had a pepsi I got through it by only going over my calories by 150. So my other good choices panned out. Got my workout in for 60 mins plus i walked 20 mins. So i'm still good when you look at what i did over all. Allergies are really kicking my tail, sore throat, watery eyes, running nose and raspy voice. Doomed lol

Day 12 was alot easier I had my nuts with me and lots of water and did a diet dr. pepper instead of regular soda which was alot easier then for dinner i did baked beans and franks (hebrew fat free 40 cals ones) it was perfect for the sweet/salty fix. I stayed within my range woohoo!!! My allergies are in full force lost my voice today. This may turn into a sinus infection had a gosh awful headache.

On a great note, my husband started working last week on Thursday which means that starting next week i can afford to get my BED treatment so i have my intake appt next Friday July 1, 2011 I can know start treating my illness and hopefully get some great tools. Solve the mind issues and move forward one step closer to my goals becoming reality! No more robbing myself of the dreams i have!!

I can't believe i've come this far, it makes me feel good inside!!! I batch cooked my week's meals

Roasted Chicken- today
Meatloaf - Monday
TOPS Ladies Out-Tuesday
Chicken A La lite Queen- Wednesday
Chili Thursday with cornbread-
Pizza nite Friday
Mystery Day Saturday! If it doesn't rain grill baby grill day!

Enjoyed my day!!!




  


Day 8 & 9 BED Free

The last two days have been good, i hurt my back and went to the chiro, not sure how i did but i have been sore. I worked out today but took it easy. Still sore but better. I will take it easy, been cooking and planning meals for the rest of the week. It's been a little harder the last two days been on the higher end of my calories but still in control of my emotional eating which i'm proud. My husband started a job on Thursday after almost two full years of being unemployed, he's worked part time here and there but he is very happy for getting it. I can see his happiness. Yesterday we had our 5th wedding anniversary and i have to say he is my lover, my bestfriend, my soulmate! I love him so much and know him as he knows me.

I have been listening to my favorite songs like RESPECT- respect me
This is the Moment - love this song because i know this is my time to get it done and then Defying Gravity is another inspirational song that makes me feel good. I love the show glee so i have lots of their music and love hearing their energy, it makes me feel good inside. A feeling that keeps me going hearing music like lean on me, over the rainbow or the song from glee- Just the way your are. It is a song about the other person saying he wouln't change a thing from their partner. It makes me feel good because no matter what people love you for you so we must love ourselves and accept ourselves as we are and continue our journey. I realized today i am 7.5# from hitting 50# and getting to my mini goal of getting under 270. I want this!!! I will do it!!!! emoticon
