Well my last blog entry I discussed about my six week no gain charm. I didn't do so hot as a matter of fact I allowed my weight to sky rocket about 15# for the past 2 months. It is time to get back on track for myself. I am going to attempt to lose this weight for good. I am tired of my back hurting, tired of how I feel sluggish, guilt after eating poorly, I get a really bad tummy ache when I don't eat right because of my Diabetic meds called Metformin thus I will get Met gut if I over eat carbs or fried foods.
I am giving myself a game plan -- no eating fast food for breakfast causes me to go south.
Exercising is one of the most important things I have to resolve and get with the program!!! I am purchasing a MP3 player to get my butt on the machines etc.... Then also back into the pool. On weekends I am going to start hiking with my husband rain or shine we will do it. Get up early and just do it also once a month play like a kid in the snow, sand or something just have great fund. A game of freeze tag with a bunch of my neighbors kids might totally work me out :) I will start out with 3 days a week then add on. I want to make this a daily routine.
Food -- Portion controls out come my measuring spoons and cups etc...
Blog - at least 3 times a week.
I am bound and determined to to this. I've done it a long time ago and lost almost 55 # I know I can.
I will have my husband take a full picture of me in spandex will paste the picture in the pantry and fridge to remind me what my goals are. A pound a week can be done reasonably.
