I have been eating six mini meals a day....
Bean & Cheese Burrito - Veggie beans & non fat cheese 180 Calories
hummus & asparagas taco (low carb wheat torilla) 130 Calories each twice a day for snacks
Lunch---I just did a healthy choice meal with veggies, fruits and s/f jello.
Lots of water!!!
For dinner I got mini frozen meatballs 6 of them 240 cals with half a cup of Ragu spaghetti sauce on a roll... with parm cheese... Loved it. Easy and haven't felt deprieved.
One little bitsize square-cheesecake 100 cals.
I found a way to make it work and still feel satisfield. I am excited because i'm not eating just diet food it is reasonable but I am counting everything out and tracking everything I put in my mouth.
