Well I have made it through half of my day without craving or wanting a Pepsi woohoo!!! All my food choices have been great plus I have cut my portions in half... I am pleased, now i have to keep the momentum going!

Tomorrow we add the exercise!!!

Feels good to make it through the day without a struggle, helps to keep focused!!

Well I am down to one pop today!!! WOOHOO!!! Now to get rid of the fast food run and i'll make it through!!! I have to discipline myself to eat breakfast before I leave the house.

    We have a one-pop limit in our house, too. I often even skip that much, and it's always diet when I indulge. I like diet 7-up with diet cranberry juice.

The fries were harder to give up!

Well my last blog entry I discussed about my six week no gain charm. I didn't do so hot as a matter of fact I allowed my weight to sky rocket about 15# for the past 2 months. It is time to get back on track for myself. I am going to attempt to lose this weight for good. I am tired of my back hurting, tired of how I feel sluggish, guilt after eating poorly, I get a really bad tummy ache when I don't eat right because of my Diabetic meds called Metformin thus I will get Met gut if I over eat carbs or fried foods.

I am giving myself a game plan -- no eating fast food for breakfast causes me to go south.

Exercising is one of the most important things I have to resolve and get with the program!!! I am purchasing a MP3 player to get my butt on the machines etc.... Then also back into the pool. On weekends I am going to start hiking with my husband rain or shine we will do it. Get up early and just do it also once a month play like a kid in the snow, sand or something just have great fund. A game of freeze tag with a bunch of my neighbors kids might totally work me out :) I will start out with 3 days a week then add on. I want to make this a daily routine.

Food -- Portion controls out come my measuring spoons and cups etc...

Blog - at least 3 times a week.

Track Food!!!

I am bound and determined to to this. I've done it a long time ago and lost almost 55 # I know I can.

I will have my husband take a full picture of me in spandex will paste the picture in the pantry and fridge to remind me what my goals are. A pound a week can be done reasonably.

20# Goal one week at a time

I go to TOPS weekly I have never gotten a six week no gain charm (you have to lose or stay the same for six weeks in a row have no gain in those consecutive weeks in order to earn this charm) I am going to do it!! My goal for the last few months of the year is to lose at least a pound a week!! If I lose more then great if not I need to maintain!! NO GAINS I am CHALLENGING MYSELF during the holidays because that is when most people forget about portion control and what your main goal is. It is not different we need to stay on plan so many ways to enjoy it without the HOLIDAYS being jsut about food.

Okay so here I go!!!

Week 1 (10/22 -- 10/28) Lost 1.4 :)
Week 2 (10/29 -- 11/04)
Week 3 (11/05 -- 11/11)
Week 4 (11/12 -- 11/18)
Week 5 (11/19 -- 11/25)
Week 6 (11/26 -- 12/02) (Turkey Weekend)

So my six week charm rest on a good Turkey weekend :)

Will achieve success by exercise, preplanning and portioning out my meals daily and journal/tracking food!!!

Oh yeah postive daily!!

I love this idea. I haven't gotten to a TOPS meeting yet. The timing is not so great for the one near me.

Anyway, I'm going to do this with you. When I make it, I'm going to buy myself a charm for my charm bracelet. You have a partner girl!

Never Give Up Hope

to change unhappiness or problems,
you can always do a little Ė
and a little at a time
eventually makes a big difference.

Today I learned I can make a difference and if I don't give up on myself others will not give up as well.
