    I make the choice to succeed or fail, but should I fail for the day i will get my butt back up and not stay down, i will brush the dirt off and move onward!!!!

    This is something I have to keep reminding myself about. I tend to say I eat bad because of something someone else has done but ultimately.....the choice is mine.

I feel out of control with food lately so i am going back to the basic, noting every little thing i put in my mouth and keeping track calorie wise. I have to do this if I plan on losing. I have been playing this past year and I'm tired, I really need to push myself, I've lost a total of 34.5# and it had been higher but I have sabbotoged myself left and right so, enough is enough. I need to get it done!! No emotional eatz and I will exercise, no more exercise excuses!!

    WWAY TO GO Emmy! You CAn do it - you are worth it! Stick to your plan to keep your portions in check and log everything! It takes up to 21 days to make a habit, so hang in there. Once it's habit again, you won't even notice. Good luck!

Stayed within my calories range mid point, made smart choices. I tracked my food now I have to add some exercise and will do that tonight!!!

Am I my own worst enemy??

Yes, I can be!!! When you have success, weigh losses I do it everytime, I stop myself from going on... so for some reason, i'm stopping myself from succeeding. Well it is just an excuse. I know how to do this. I know I have to eat right and exercise. I hate exercise, I'm saying it, but will it help me yes, so I just have to get passed make no excuses and get up and move, if I want to have success at the scale. I know I can do it, I'm just being lazy on doing what I have to do it. So no more procrastanating on myself because that means i'm not loving myself enough to make it happen for myself. I've lost and need to keep it coming off.

    I have the same problem, not loving myself enough to keep myself going on the weight loss. But we are worth it ask any one around you, YOU ARE WORTH IT!!!!!! Just kept repeting so very postative comment in your head, like " I am beautiful" over and over or " I am worth it " say it until you belive it.
