Joining the bootcamp with Coach Nicole and all of you is truly an answer to prayer. I now have the second piece of my excercise program. Before I would do walking only on the treadmill, that's all and now I have the strength training and good stretching which is so good for muscles and balance. Also, I have started to do the WATP with Leslie Sansome 'every day' since starting bootcamp on January 4. Praise God!!
I already can feel my stomach tightening and can't wait to see what this does to my arms, legs, and butt!!

Three Ways to the Temple
When we respect our bodies, inside and out, we make greater strides toward knowing God's true purpose for us. We take time to celebrate our own temple by getting some excercise, making time for prayer, and eating healthy food.
