On Monday, I started another countdown. Starting weight 105.4 lbs. Bodyfat 23.5%. I want to lose at least 3% bodyfat. Today is day 22.
Total bodyfat lost so far 4.85% since Feb 15th. That's 5.7 lbs of fat lost. (Not weight).
These past 10 days, I was on a break. I tried to make good choices and I exercised 3 times. I was pleasantly surprised when I came back from my vacation that I lost bodyfat. So, I guess I gained some muscle. Usually when you are resting and eating on maintenance or a little over, you gain muscle (if you were doing ST, of course). I'm glad I'm measuring bodyfat %, so I know I'm making progress, losing fat and gaining muscle. The scale doesn't move much, but inches are lost and clothes are loose.
I am meeting my trainer today. I am kind of tired, but I know after my workout I will feel great. 22 days left for another break and another assessment. I can do it!!
