Ok, I've actually done the 12 min kettlebell w/o TWICE this week.....Again it kicked my a$$! I still don't think I've got the form quite right, but i'll continue working on it, and hopefully in the next few sessions I'll notice some improvement....I'll also be starting the Abs Diet(for Women ) on Monday 9/29(along with a friend of mine, so we can both be accountable for one another) and will update my progress here every two weeks for 6 wks....If you don't have the book, get it or rent it from your local library!! It's full of valuable info!

Well, I finally received my very 1st kettlebell DVD in the mail today! So excited and nervous! Now to get started using it! This looks like fun yet very challenging...have to make sure I get the form perfect! A BIG THANK YOU to Blue*Radley for allowing me to lean on you during this introductory period! You've been such a wonderful help to me :))

I am soooo very disappointed with myself, thus far. I was totally doing great lost 2 lbs (water i know), and then I don't know what happend! I don't feel like doing any exercises, although I've still been drinking water and eating OK...not the best but not the worst! Hub has asked me to get a kettlebell and try using it and see how it goes, he's also sending me an instructional DVD....so I've got this kettlebell; now what?! .....I'm just in a funk i guess, I miss my husband terribly, my kids are getting on my nerves, and not listening, and have definatley improved their back-talking skills, I clean my house EVERY day...everything's the same, (think groundhog day effect)Sorry done girls for letting you down...I'm going to try and get myself out of this, and hopefully in a couple days I'll be back........ everyone....

I'm so ready for this! As I was rocking my lil one to sleep, I dozed off and was thinking about how I needed to get a plan together, something for like Sept 1- Oct.30...Hubby might be coming home sooner than expected so I need to get moving! I woke up, decided to come on SP to see what I could find to help me out...Well, low and behold I came upon the Done Group, and discovered they were getting a halloween challenge started! Here's my proposed plan:
1) DRINK WATER! I seem to have trouble here..I do it for awhile than it begins to fade out.
2) REALIZE my scale loves to deceive me, while my tape measure befriends me!
3)ACCEPT my body...God gave it to me, so He must think it's HOT! LOL
I will be doing cardio for at least 45 min 6 days/week......I've been using a Leslie Sansone vid and will continue with that for the next 5 weeks....After which I'll see where I stand and decide if I need to change that up a bit...On Tues/ Fri I'll be doing the Bikini Workout, which is here on SP, as my Strength Training....Plus incorporating the weekly challenge of the group.
Chest(under bust): 35
Pouch(at belly-button): 40
Rt/Lt Arm: 12.5/12.75
Rt/Lt Thigh: 24/24
OMG....I can't believe I'm showing these to everyone! LOL As you can see, there's work to be DONE!
