and am 2 kgs heavier, is silly cause i busted my butt tramping and walking getting out swimming, not over doing it with foods. but clearly i over did it with the huge amount of alchohol i consumed on multiple nights over that week. I reaaaalllyyy didnt think it would do that much damage but clearly it does.

I know we're suppossed to be happy about not gaining but AARRGGH!!! Being so good for sooo long, with no loss is ridiculous and makes it sooo easy to lose motivation! Looking after my neice this afternoon so maybe taking her for a walk is good idea just to get out and away from all the house work that needs doing.

I really feel like Im putting in extreme amounts of effort for little gains.
Does anyone have a harden-the-f*#k-up pill they could share??

    I agree with Wallahalla.....
the body gets bored....change things up a bit.
Maybe try no starch, more non-starchy veggies.
Different exercise routine emoticon

    Amen, sister, we are in the same place. I have been right around 225 for a month. Hopeful the work I am putting in now will eventually cause a loss.

It seems i had fallen off the wagon and am only now pulling myself back on by a dangling rope, 105 Kgs, Surgery if i can get to 90kgs, and looking fab in Bridesmaids dress in Dec if I keep going at this rate.

Doctor changed my bipolar meds to something thats doesnt make you gain weight, which may have been the catalyst for the weight loss however Im grasping it with both hands and milking it as long as possible.
Am feeling low today, I think the lack of sweets and the craving are doing that, Im kicking its butt tho, threw a handfull of chocchips i was about to eat in the sink while cursing at them...man did it feel good!!

Why does it not fall off when you want it too, friday and a .3 gain, poos
However not only did I not skate last night but nor did I karate chop my way to skinny.
And ate bad food out with drinks 2 night in a row. Feeling it now feel sluggish and tired.
Totally over my sugar withdrawals though, brilliant.
Come on Kyla study and excercise thats all you have to do.
