All in all this week was a success. There's still some tweaking to be done, such as adjusting to the proper calcium intake and not what I though it was and being very careful to keep sodium levels in check.

The biggest change was getting sleep, real sleep. The other change I've noticed is having a bit more energy and stamina.

This program is a keeper!

    emoticon now you having tast change watch out lol. Last year it was salt among other things for me. Still is. An this year it was meat among other things yes lol. Try some things you once didnt like you may be shoocked i was. I have started viewing it as a blessing. Im glad you have already. I love your dinner id. Maybe i need to invest in at least one nice place setting at thrift store. Seldom can you find wbole sets in what i can afford but with it just being me an one single homless sets are cheap that would sork for me. But back to tast change nature takes your tast for somthing an gives you a new tast for another. emoticon

    Lucky you....I can't remember the last time I had a really good nights sleep! I'll give it a couple more nights then I'll try taking something....hate to do it, makes me feel worse than lack of sleep.

Hubby is still not back from his trip. On to plan B so I can meet my nutrition requirements for the day. Flexibility is great. A strict diet just wouldn't work for me.

I'm shocked at how late in the day it's getting, yet at the same time it's dragged on. Most of my goals are met for the day. I've changed my eating plan about 5 times. My report kept saying I had too much calcium. I've come to the conclusion I inputed my supplements wrong. I am not in the frame of mind to fix it right now.

Hubby should be home from his elk hunt anytime between now and tomorrow night. Snow has closed some of the roads in the high country. I haven't watched the weather all week so this came as a shocker. It's in the high 50s down here. I had a moment of panic. Thinking about that is what I mean by a slow day.

Tomorrow morning is going to be a busy one so tonight I am going to prepare my snacks and meals so there will be no slipping up. Hopefully hubby got his elk. I won't have any kitchen space to spare in that case so I need to be prepared.


It just occured to me. I was never much of a planner. It's amazing how many little changes for the good have happened since May.

Successful Weekend!

It feels so good to know that dispite feeling crappy most of Saturday I managed to meet my goals. Today, Sunday, was terrific. I felt like a new person after a great night's sleep. It was easy to meet all my goals today.

I'm looking forward to a successful week as well.
