My new mindset of just getting as healthy as I can has lasted a full week. I must admit, the last few days have been a struggle. Fact is, I was trying too hard and ended up battling with myself more than once.
I've been in range with all my nutrients except sodium. It's been high 2 days in a row. I'll be more mindful of that. Otherwise, even with treats of dark chocolate, a cookie, or even a parfait I did good.
For this personal challenge I intend to only weigh in x1 per month once the summer 5% challenge is over. That requires a weekly weigh-in.
On to week two.
