One odd pattern I have noticed is I seem to fizzle out in the exercise department mid-week. I always say Sonday is my rest day, but then end up doing lots of non-structured exercise. Come Tuesday or Wednesday I just can't give it my all. From now on I'll listen to my body and take it easy one or both of those days.
Another strange. If I don't get my peanut butter and banana sandwich sometime during the morning, no matter what else I am eating, I just seem hungry. I've tested this theory and sure enough, it holds water.
I'm sure I'll notice other things as time goes on and I read old entries.
