Today I went and bought a composition book, fine-line pen, and a little dry erase board. I'm a trackin'!

It took a little doing to go back over my reports and get the first 3 days in there. The bones are on paper. Today's entry was much longer. I plan to journal everyday.

    sounds good..are you tracking food too?

are you getting the horrendous storm we are...geeze lightening & huge huge thunderbumpers shaking the house! Lightening hit in the field just north of us & rocked our house on its base!

I use the spark tracker for food tracking..& have a journal that I enter stuff in.much like a diary I guess..only as Adults we refer to it as a Journal. heee hee

0 Check in with challenges (summer 5%, consistency, walking) x1 per day

0 Continue to declutter my home.

Still tweaking my plan. I had a plan B but that didn't include the government taking away so much money because of cutbacks.

This will also effect meds, etc.

    The most interesting thing between these 2 situations where they lost their husbands is, their husbands name were both Tom. Interesting, yet very sad also.
