Last week was a test of endurance of sorts. Activities everyday with the family. Yesterday, exhaustion. I was able to keep up wih everyone - from 4 to 40. That included alot of uphill hiking. All those baby steps added up.
Admittedly I let the eating plan fly out the window on Friday and Saturday. Yesterday I got back on track. All the leftover candy, cupcakes, etc from the graduation party and barbque didn't even tempt me. I was totally back on track yesterday.
A trip to San Diego Zoo is on today's agenda. There will be alot more walking. I already did 60 minutes of exercise in the wee hours of the morning. I'm refreshed and ready to take on the day!
