I missed this place. I got married in May and now I'm packing on what people call the "Happy Pounds". Yes, indeed, I'm super happy now having settled down with the best man on earth, but do I have to be fat to show my comfort?? LOL! I want my pre-wedding body back!!

I've put on a few lbs since I've been dating. Dining out almost every night, no time to dance.... blaaaaaah....
I ordered a dance skirt from eBay and got it in yesterday and I had MUFFIN TOP! I've never had that before! My fat was spilling out over the top of the ELASTIC waist band of the skirt!
I have got to get back into shape! It's only been three months since me and my guy have been together and I look like I've gotten pregant AND had twins! My tummy looks awful! emoticon
I'm trying to get back into the swing of things. I think I'll be joining a troupe soon so I'll have more motivation to get crackin'.

    Man that suck! Guys have away of doing that to us.
That's hot that you belly dance. I wish I can do that and use it as a cardio, and maybe dance for my love. Anyways I hope that you are able to lose that muffin top. lol

I'm feeling a little better about this whole dieting thing. It has been a very slow process. I am finally learning the difference between wanting food and actually being hungry and that's a pretty big deal for me. I'm dancing more and I'm tyring to practice at least three times a week for about an hour. I'm choosing healthier snacks- reaching for a good old fashioned rice cake instead of a snickers bar when I've got the urge to just eat something for the sake of eating.
So overall, I'm feelin' ok
